Demystifying Success

Quality Work Life Manual
Description:

Foreword
It gives me profound pleasure to have this rare privilege and honour to write a foreword for Dr. Mwangi Kibicho’s third book titled “Demystifying Success”. Indeed, from what he has done before in his two other books, it’s my deep conviction that this third book, which defines what success is and makes it abundantly clear what it takes to be successful in life, will act as an eye opener to anyone who desires to be successful in life regardless of his or her line of business, career or occupation.

As stated, success is never-ending and therefore is not a destination but a journey! Dr. Paul Mwangi in this book has very lucidly brought it out, and I am of the strongest opinion that anyone who aspires to succeed in life must read this success manual and follow it as it is! In other words, read, chew it, and swallow it “raw” as it is in order to demystify success.

As inspirational and motivating as he is, Dr. Kibicho simply epitomizes success, and this book is a must-read for all. Having defied all odds, Dr. Kibicho’s “Demystifying Success” could never have come at a more appropriate time than now!

“Nature is neutral. This means that nature, the marketplace, our society, does not care who you are or what you are, or where you come from. The law simply says that if you do what other successful people do, you will get the results that other successful people get. And if you don’t, you won’t. When you learn and apply the success secrets of self-made millionaires in your own life, you will experience results and rewards far beyond anything you have ever accomplished in life. After setting the right goals, developing a winner’s attitude, working towards achieving those goals, and learning from mistakes, you may have reached a point when you think that you can consider yourself successful. If you think that you’ve reached your destination, then I am afraid that you are not nearly as successful as you think you are. Why? Simply because success is not about the destination, it’s all about the journey in itself and being successful comes from knowing that you are on the right track. If you think that, just because you’ve won a few battles here and there, you are somehow above failure, if you actually think that a few victories make you perfect then, my friend, you still have a lot to learn.”
